Terms of Service

1. Description of the Service

iGaming Wire distributes client-submitted content — press releases and original articles — across a network of media, financial, and iGaming-specific outlets ('the Network'). Depending on your package (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), your content is published as a minimum number of unique, independently written articles across the channels included in that package.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Multi-organization accounts are available on request for agencies managing distribution on behalf of multiple clients.

3. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the underlying facts, quotes, and materials you submit. By submitting content, you grant iGaming Wire a license to edit, adapt, format, and distribute derivative articles based on that content across the Network for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

4. Editorial Review

All content is subject to editorial review before publication. We may request revisions, decline to publish content that violates our Editorial Guidelines or applicable law, or remove published content that is later found to violate these Terms.

5. Prohibited Content

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Content promoting unlicensed or illegal gambling operations in the jurisdictions targeted
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Deceptive claims, fabricated data, or misrepresented affiliations

6. Packages, Pricing, and Payment

Package pricing is listed on our Pricing page and is charged per release. Execution timelines (24 hours for Silver, up to 72 hours or more for Gold and Platinum) begin once final content is approved. Fees are non-refundable once a release has entered distribution.

7. Distribution and Placement

While we distribute content to every channel included in your package, individual outlets retain final editorial discretion and may decline, edit, or remove content that does not meet their own standards. iGaming Wire does not guarantee pickup, ranking, or traffic outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

The iGaming Wire platform, including its software, reporting tools, and the 2026 Content Framework, is the property of iGaming Wire, Inc. and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or resold without permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided 'as is.' iGaming Wire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on citation or performance reporting.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including repeated submission of prohibited content. You may cancel your account at any time; completed distributions are not retroactively affected.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated 'Last updated' date above.
